Rachel Biblow

Rachel is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Partner, Strategic Integration and Transformation. She joined Press Ganey in 2018 after 15+ years with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). In her current role, she is responsible for the strategic vision and implementation of the global professional services model, including the design and continued leadership of Press Ganey’s SPARC team. SPARC works with C-suites across health and care on strategy and effective business-wide transformation. Rachel also drives internal innovation across Press Ganey. This involves partnering with the enterprise analytics department to design and pilot advanced analytics capabilities, including the go-to-market strategy. She architected and launched the strategy advancement team responsible for rapid cycle improvements across the business and industry thought leadership. This team co-creates innovative products and services, including the maturity model index and framework for transformational improvement and partnerships.
