Patient experience deep dives. New workforce insights. And more. Here’s what to expect at HX23.

Press Ganey’s National Client Conference (NCC) is back and better than ever—this time under a new name.

HX23, the preeminent Human Experience (HX) Healthcare Conference, promises to be an invigorating three days of fireside chats and presentations from experts at the forefront of the industry.

But first, why the shift to Human Experience after decades of success with NCC? Because we don’t experience healthcare in silos. Patient experience, member experience, employee experience, safety, clinical outcomes—they all intersect, forming the foundation of one Human Experience in healthcare. So, we reimagined our annual celebration to reflect the nature of the industry, breaking down silos and connecting the people, processes, technology, and insights to drive measurable, sustainable improvements across the continuum of care. Watch a preview of HX23 here.

Ready to see it all in action? Join us in Orlando, February 6–8, as we come together to build a better, more resilient healthcare ecosystem.

With February just around the corner, here’s a breakdown of what to expect.

1. Visionary thinking

It wouldn’t be Human Experience healthcare if industry visionaries weren’t center stage.

This year, we’ll be highlighting the incredible stories and game-changing breakthroughs from two of the biggest names in healthcare: Bryan Stevenson and Carolyn Jones.

Bryan is an equal justice advocate, New York Times best-selling author of Just Mercy, and True Justice HBO documentary host. Carolyn is an award-winning healthcare photojournalist, critically acclimated author of The American Nurse, and documentary filmmaker behind In Case of Emergency.

Both Bryan and Carolyn have devoted their careers to shedding light on the industry’s most pressing issues, like breaking down barriers to care and combatting inequalities in public health.
