Shelly Turner, DNP, MBA, BS, CPHQ

Shelly leads the Clinical Improvement solutions team in Press Ganey Strategic Consulting to help clients improve patient experience scores, redesign case management to promote physician–patient partnerships, and achieve decreased length of stay and readmission rates in both inpatient and ED environments. Additionally, Shelly helps clients successfully navigate accreditation surveys, revise staffing models, and turn around financial and efficiency metrics. Before joining Press Ganey, Shelly held executive-level positions, such as Chief Nursing Officer, and served in administrative leadership roles.
