During this learning forum, participants will: • Review the framework for the emotional first aid model • Learn how two different organizations (large urban hospital system and 150 bed regional medical center) have accelerated efforts to support emotional and mental health needs of their workforce • Engage in discussion regarding prioritization and normalization of mental health
